• Plant appearance may vary slightly as each plant is naturally unique.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing

• Prices shown on the website are final and subject to change without prior notice.
• Any offers, discounts, or promotions will be applied as per the terms stated.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We use secure payment gateways; we do not store any card details.
• In case of incorrect information or suspected misuse, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and order volume.
• We take care in packing plants safely; however, slight variations during transit may occur.
• Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, strikes, etc.) are not under our control.
• If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unedited unboxing video and contact our customer support immediately. Claims without an unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations & Returns

• We do not accept returns of live plants.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from our nursery.
• We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address, incorrect/invalid contact number, or failure to receive the shipment.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details and delivery information.

  • Plant damage caused after successful delivery
  • Improper plant care or handling

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase made.
