Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tharappel Nursery, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all our plants are healthy, well-packed, and dispatched with great care. Below are the terms and procedures for cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Policy Summary

We strive to provide healthy and well-maintained plants to our customers. However, in the case of damaged, wrong, or missing items, we offer returns, replacements, or refunds. Please notify us of any such issues within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Packing/Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been packed or dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order is packed or handed over to the courier, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

3. Damaged or Missing Plants

  • If you receive damaged, wrong, or missing plants, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or video showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Return / Replacement Procedure

  • To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as color variation, size differences, or minor cosmetic issues, as these are inherent characteristics of living plants.
  • If your plant is damaged, wrong, or missing, we will process a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Replacement Processing

  • If your replacement request is approved, a new plant will be dispatched within 7 working days, subject to stock and weather conditions.
  • If the replacement plant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
  • For returns or replacements due to our fault (e.g., damaged, wrong, or missing plant), we will cover return shipping costs.

7. Modifications

Tharappel Nursery reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be reflected on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
